Durham Town Council Consultation
This page contains information relevant to the public consultation on the possible creation of a Town Council for Durham City to cover the existing unparished area.

The unparished area consists of the following city wards:
- Crossgate and Framwelgate,
- Elvet,
- Gilesgate,
- Newton Hall North,
- Newton Hall South,
- Neville’s Cross
- St Nicholas.

We are asking as many electors as possible who live within the affected area to show their support for the creation of a Town Council by signing a petition. Here is the petition form.
